THE ACCEPT CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS CENTER HAS MOVED TO A NEW LOCATION! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THIS CHANGE.

Accept Corporation is enhancing the Customer Solution Center

As of July 30, 2010, the Customer Solutions Center has a new web address: http://support.accept360.com.

We have revamped the Accept Customer Solutions Center, which is where customers can access product documentation, online training and knowledge base resources; and where Named Support Contacts can open and manage Support Cases with Accept Support.


User access for the NEW Customer Solutions Center.


Previous users will need to re-register on the main login page, by selecting “Request a New Account” and following the account request process. If you receive a message indicating a user with your email “already exists in our records”, just click the “Forgot your password” link on the login screen and your credentials will be sent to you.

New users can “Request a New Account” on the login page. By selecting this option and following the account request process, requests are submitted to our Support team. Within 1 business day, account requests will be authenticated and new users can begin accessing the new Customer Solutions Center.


Updates to the Customer Solutions Center.

The site has been revamped to make it easier for users to quickly access product resources, support cases and provide us feedback. We have new knowledge base content and have simplified accessing product online training. For Named Support Contacts, we have updated our case management system, which should be easier to use.
